SHU: A Sustainable Laundry Solution
 
An alternate way to manage lightly worn clothing, keeping garments fresh and without wrinkles for future wearing. By refreshing clothing between wears, laundry day can occur less often. SHU, the proposed product solution, requires only minimal energy (supplied by human power) to power a low energy UV LED to kill bacteria. An inner compartment contains Zeolite, a natural crystal, that absorbs both odor and moisture from the ambient environment.
